Dr. Smadar Dolev. Early mother-child relationship and later development among children with ASD.
Smadar is a tenured faculty member and researcher at Oranim College, and a lecturer at the University of Haifa. Her research examines caregiver-child relationships and the interplay between representations, behavior, and child development, with a focus on populations of children with special needs. Smadar teaches Developmental Psychology, Developmental Psychopathology, Families and Parents, and Observation and Evaluation Methods.

Prof. Ayelet Ben Sasson, Early identification of Autism.
Dr. Ayelet Ben-Sasson is a faculty member at the Occupational Therapy Department, University of Haifa. Ayelet studies early developmental screening using innovative methods such as crowdsourcing and machine learning. In addition, she studies the interplay between sensory modulation, anxiety, and family accommodations in typical and clinical populations.
